From July 31 to August 2, 2026, the PTEXIM CORP family embarked on a memorable 3-day, 2-night Team Building journey in Nha Trang, bringing together more than 200 employees from across the Company.

Under the theme “Pride of Phuc Thinh – Conquering New Heights,” the program was more than a leisure trip. It was an opportunity for employees to connect, recharge and strengthen the spirit of teamwork – one of the fundamental values behind PTEXIM CORP’s sustainable growth.

100% COMPANY-SPONSORED – A COMPLETE EXPERIENCE

With the aim of creating a meaningful and memorable experience for its employees, the Board of Directors of PTEXIM CORP fully sponsored 100% of the trip expenses.

This meaningful gesture reflects the Company’s appreciation for the dedication and contributions of its employees, while demonstrating PTEXIM CORP’s commitment to employee well-being, engagement and a strong corporate culture.

Throughout the journey, employees had the opportunity to explore the beauty of Nha Trang, enjoy moments of relaxation and, most importantly, take part in a series of energetic and engaging Team Building activities.

BREAKING BARRIERS – MOVING FORWARD TOGETHER

The highlight of the program was a series of Team Building challenges designed around the spirit of teamwork, strategy, collaboration and breakthrough.

Each challenge encouraged participants to communicate, coordinate and leverage their individual strengths toward a shared goal. Departmental and organizational boundaries were set aside, creating an environment where colleagues could connect through teamwork, laughter and a shared determination to succeed.

The message “Pride of Phuc Thinh – Conquering New Heights” was therefore more than a theme. It became the spirit that connected every activity throughout the program.

GALA DINNER – A NIGHT OF CONNECTION AND EMOTION

The outdoor activities culminated in an exciting and heartfelt Gala Dinner, bringing together the entire PTEXIM CORP family in a warm and vibrant atmosphere.

Thoughtfully prepared performances by PTEXIM CORP employees added energy and creativity to the evening, giving team members an opportunity to showcase their talents and celebrate the unique spirit of the PTEXIM family.

One of the most anticipated moments was the Lucky Draw, featuring a total prize pool of up to VND 500 million in cash.

The excitement, cheers and unforgettable smiles throughout the evening created some of the most memorable moments of Team Building 2026.
