PTEXIM CORP JOINS HANDS TO SUPPORT FLOOD-AFFECTED COMMUNITIES

Spreading compassion – Restoring hope after natural disasters

At PTEXIM CORP, social responsibility is not merely a commitment, but a core value deeply rooted in the Vietnamese tradition of solidarity and mutual support. In response to the severe damage caused by Typhoon No. 10 across many provinces and cities, Phuc Thinh Import Export Investment Joint Stock Company (PTEXIM CORP) has actively taken part in a series of timely and meaningful relief efforts to support flood-affected communities.

Emergency Relief – Timely Support for Local Communities

Responding to the call of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, PTEXIM CORP contributed VND 50,000,000 to support provinces and cities severely affected by Typhoon No. 10, demonstrating the Company’s strong sense of social responsibility and solidarity with communities nationwide.

In parallel, amid the complex flood situation in Central Vietnam, PTEXIM CORP promptly coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Trung Ward and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ngai Giao Commune to deliver essential relief supplies, helping ease daily hardships for local residents during the most critical period. These supplies included:

Binh Trung Ward

  • 100 cartons of milk
  • 200 cartons of bottled water

Ngai Giao Commune

  • 100 cartons of milk
  • 100 cartons of instant noodles

In addition, the Company continued to accompany the Charity Group of Quarter 5 – Binh Trung Ward, donating 3 tons of rice to help ensure food security and support residents in stabilizing their lives after the floods.

Reaching the Flood Epicenter – Sharing from Heart to Heart

Beyond indirect support, PTEXIM CORP dispatched a working delegation directly to Dak Lak Province (formerly Phu Yen), one of the areas most severely impacted by the floods. With the responsible coordination and assistance of the Dak Lak Provincial Traffic Police Department, the delegation visited, encouraged, and provided relief to residents in three heavily affected locations, including:

  • Phu Hoa 1 Commune
  • Phu Hoa 2 Commune
  • Binh Kien Ward

During this visit, PTEXIM CORP provided direct financial assistance to 33 households, totaling VND 99,000,000. While these contributions may not fully compensate for the losses caused by natural disasters, each gift carried sincere care and encouragement, helping families gradually overcome difficulties, rebuild their lives, and look forward to a warm, secure, and meaningful Tet holiday.
