In April 2025, Vietnam exported 26,590 tons of pepper, of which black pepper reached 23,271 tons and white pepper reached 3,319 tons. Total export turnover reached 184.1 million USD , compared to the previous month, export volume increased by 31.3%, turnover increased by 30.0% and compared to the same period in 2024, export increased by 1.3% in volume and 58.% in value. The average export price of black pepper in April reached 6,817 USD/ton, white pepper reached 8,596 USD/ton, up 0.4% for black pepper and down 2.3% for white pepper compared to March.
The United States remained the largest export market for Vietnamese pepper in April, reaching 6,404 tons, up 45.9% over the previous month. The following markets were India: 2,525 tons, up 57.6%; UAE: 2,224 tons, up 74.2%; Germany: 1,594 tons, up 3.3%, China: 1,337 tons, up 161.6%…
