In January 2023, Vietnam exported 12,653 tons, 11,351 tons of black pepper, and 1,302 tons of white pepper.
Total export turnover reached 43.6 million USD, black pepper reached 37.1 million USD, white pepper reached 6.5 million USD, compared to January 2022, the export volume decreased by 21%.
The US and China were the two main exporters of Vietnam with 3,307 tons and 1,475 tons respectively.
