PHÚC THỊNH SHARING – HOMES FILLED WITH LOVE

In order to promote the spirit of “PTEXIM – A Shared Home of Connection and Care”, and to demonstrate the Company’s responsibility to the community as well as the Board of Directors’ deep concern for employees’ well-being, the Company has decided to implement the Housing Support Program for the construction of new houses and repair of existing houses for employees in difficult circumstances.

Implementation Period:

• Commencing in August 2025.
• The program aims to be maintained annually, striving to complete 05 houses per year.

Objectives:

• Improve living conditions, helping employees feel secure and committed to working long-term with the Company.
• Spread the spirit of solidarity and mutual support within PTEXIM.
• Contribute to building the image of a humane enterprise with a strong sense of social responsibility.

Beneficiaries & Eligibility:

• Employees currently working at PTEXIM who are facing housing difficulties.
• Selection criteria will be detailed in a separate guideline issued by the Organizing Committee.

Implementation Spirit:

This program is not only material support, but also a commitment from the Board of Directors to accompany and share with employees. It is also an opportunity for every PTEXIM member to join hands and create humanitarian values that spread to the community.
