PTEXIM Analysis – monthly June 2022 Report

In June 2022, Vietnam exported 24,214 tons, of which black pepper reached 21,129 tons, white pepper reached 3,085 tons. Total export turnover reached 100.4 million USD, black pepper reached 82.7 million USD, white pepper reached 17.7 million USD. Compared to May, export volume increased by 10.4%, turnover increased by 1.7%.

The US continued to be the largest import market at 5,136 tons, however, US imports decreased by 11.2% compared to May. China’s imports reached 2,999 tons, the highest year to date and up 2,736 tons compared to May. with the previous month.
